ACE aims to promote discussion and research on economics and related topics, from a distinctly Christian perspective. Most ACE members are practising economists, although others interested in its agenda are welcome. Membership is open to all Christians, subscribing to the ancient creeds, who wish to study economic theory and its application, from within a specifically Christian worldview. ACE membership includes a once or twice yearly 'discussion paper' style journal, to which members are warmly encouraged to contribute. Its activities also include an annual study group conference, normally held in Cambridge in early July. At periodic intervals a membership directory, giving details of ACE members and their interests, is produced and circulated.
