  This is to invite your participation in the Symposium on: "The Idea of a University: From John Henry Newman to the Multiversity and Beyond," Hilton Pasadena, California, USA, 5-8 August 2010. You are welcome to present a paper or participate in the discussions. Send 250-word Abstracts (in body of e-mail) to: info@JIS3.org  Following the Symposium, fully-developed papers will be peer-reviewed and considered for publication in the Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies XXIII 2011 on the same theme as the conference.
